Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy At Whale and Witness Notary Services, we understand that schedules can change. To help us provide timely, reliable service to all clients, please review our booking and cancellation policy below. Booking Appointments Appointments are scheduled based on availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from Whale and Witness Notary Services. For appointments needed within 2 hours of the current time, please contact us directly before booking so we can confirm availability and make sure we are able to accommodate your request. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be canceled free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a $15 cancellation fee. Rescheduling or Appointment Changes Changes made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be made free of charge, subject to availability. Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a $15 change fee. Appointment changes include, but are not limited to, changes to the appointment time, location, type of service, or number of documents/signers. Late Arrival or Missed Appointments Clients are encouraged to be ready at the scheduled appointment time with valid identification and any required documents. If a client is unavailable or not prepared at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to applicable fees.
