Whale & Witness Notary Services also offers mobile notarization appointments for clients who prefer an in‑person notary to travel to their home, office, hospital, assisted living facility, business location, or another agreed meeting place.

• Texas notarial fee (First signature on certificate): $10

• Additional signature on same certificate: $1 each

• Mobile travel / appointment fee (League City area): $25

• Extended travel — 11–20 miles from 77573: $50

• Extended travel — 21–35 miles from 77573: $75

• Extended travel — 36–50 miles from 77573: $100

• Same‑day mobile appointment, when available: +$10

• After‑hours, weekend, or holiday appointment: +$15

• Waiting time after 10‑minute grace period: $15 per 15 minutes

• Printing, if requestedQuote based on page count

• Scan/email service, if requested: $10+ depending on document size

Typical local mobile appointment: One signer, one notarial certificate, within the local League City area: $35 total - $10 Texas notarial fee + $25 mobile travel / appointment fee.

• Mobile travel fees are separate from Texas notarial fees and are disclosed before the appointment.

• Pricing is based on the appointment location, number of notarial certificates, number of signatures, and any additional services requested.

• Each separate notarial certificate is billed as a separate notarization, while additional signatures on the same certificate are billed at the Texas additional‑signature rate.

• Clients must present a valid, government‑issued photo ID at the appointment.

• Documents should be complete and unsigned unless the document instructions specifically require otherwise.
